INNOVATIVE SHOWCASE LIVE!
2026 STATE CONFERENCE; 12:15-1:30p in the Kalahari Ballroom on Tuesday, June 2
Our second edition of Innovative Showcase Live! will again highlight as many as 25 companies — each afforded the unique opportunity to promote their brand live on stage during a private lunch attended by nearly 200 conference attendees.
- Any company purchasing tradeshow space in our 2026 tradeshow may add to their agreement until all 25 spots are full
- Cost is $650 per; each company has a maximum 2-minute speaking limit on stage
- No slideshows please; Company logo will be highlighted on pair of ballroom screens during each segment
- Event representative will start/stop each segment and similar to a referee will politely whistle any violator who exceeds 2 minutes
- Athletic Administrators in attendance are provided complimentary lunch/drink upon entering ballroom @Noon in exchange for their commitment to attend this private event during their two-hour break in the State Conference schedule
- Athletic Administrators in attendance will each receive an Innovative Showcase Live! booklet, listing A-to-Z the names and key contacts and tradeshow locations for each of the companies (no need to include this info while speaking)
- Innovative Showcase Live! will occur just hours before the final of four tradeshow sessions at our State Conference
- Company will receive extended brand exposure with an Innovative Showcase Live! video professionally edited and sent to all Conference attendees following event
- Innovative Showcase Live! participants will receive a professionally-produced video of their presentation that they can use for other marketing purposes
