Exhibitors at our 2025 State Conference will receive a packet of documents (no later than in April) from the THSADA and our tradeshow host, Shepard, to maximize success in regard to pre-planning before we meet in Round Rock in June. If you have questions as it relates to the tradeshow at our State Conference, it is our goal to meet and exceed your expectations — whatever your company’s level of commitment.

Our popular tradeshow sold out in 2024 … expect spaces you may find available today to not be available the next time you return to our tradeshow map.

In addition to the full material provided in the kit, exhibitors will receive the following:

• Electrical order form. This must be ordered/managed through Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.
• AV order form. This is also ordered/managed through Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.
• If you wish to provide food & beverage at your booth, items must be purchased from Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. We will also share a Catering Exhibitor Order Form.

The Kilimanjaro Ballroom at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, which hosts our tradeshow, is carpeted.

Upon confirmation of tradeshow space, an automated email will be sent back including a link and passcode for our deeply-discounted hotel reservations @ Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.
