The THSADA reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor at the THSADA’s discretion if it deems companies in the same category are in proximity to each other. It is the goal of the THSADA to keep competitors at least 20’ from one another. If relocating a company, the THSADA will make every effort to maintain the same level of commitment, or better, on the tradeshow floor to each company who may be relocated.
All-American Booth Benefits (SOLD OUT)
- Each 10’ x 10’ space is $2,500; All-American inventory sold out in 2024
- All-Americans may not purchase adjacent space
- Space includes 2 All-Access Badges to State Conference
- Space includes skirted table, 2 chairs, pipe/drape and company ID
- Each badge includes complimentary lunch during Tradeshow 1; breakfast during Tradeshow 3
- Each badge includes complimentary drink tiks for Tradeshows 2 and 4
- Additional badges may be purchased on-site at registration; must be employees of Company
- Company will receive 1/6-Page in Partner Playbook, which will be distributed to all State Conference and Fall Forum attendees
- At least 2 digital mentions on X (during May) branding Company with the THSADA (content provided by Company)
- All-American will receive contact list of 2024 State Conference attendees (Name, Affiliation, Title); provided within 15 days prior to event
- All-American will receive logo branding + link from THSADA website and recognition as THSADA All-American
- Extensive Listing in Buyer’s Guide at Thsada.com
- Exhibitor kit and related information will be sent to All-American by the THSADA upon confirmation
