In addition to your tradeshow space, consider becoming 1 of our 20 presenters at Innovative Showcase Live! at out 2025 State Conference? When reserving your space, add ‘Innovative Showcase’ at check-out and we will reserve your space!

Debuting in June, our Innovative Showcase Live! will highlight as many as 20 companies — each afforded the unique opportunity to promote their brand live on stage during a private lunch attended by a select number of conference attendees.

Any company purchasing tradeshow space in our 2025 tradeshow may add to their agreement until all 20 spots are full
Cost is $650 per; each company has a maximum 2-minute speaking limit on stage
Digital scoreboard on stage will start/stop each segment and a referee will be present to flag any violators
Athletic Administrators in attendance are provided complimentary lunch/drink/dessert upon entering ballroom @12:15p in exchange for their commitment to attend this private event during their two-hour break in the State Conference schedule
Athletic Administrators in attendance will receive an Innovative Showcase Live! booklet, listing A-to-Z the names and key contacts and tradeshow locations for each of the companies (no need to include this info while speaking)
Innovative Showcase Live! will occur just hours before the final of four tradeshow sessions at our State Conference
No slideshows please; Company logo will be highlighted on pair of ballroom screens during each segment
Company will receive extended brand exposure with an Innovative Showcase Live! video professionally edited and sent to all Conference attendees following event
Innovative Showcase Live! participants will receive a professionally-produced video of their presentation that they can use for other marketing purposes
